What are capsules?

Capsules are little tubs of finely ground coffee in a patented design that produces an excellent cup of coffee every time. The ideal amount, 8 g, of ground coffee is vacuum-sealed in a disposable capsule that is ready-to-use, making a great cup of genuine Italian espresso every time. Caffitaly capsules are constructed specifically to allow the water to fully irrigate the pod and each grain of coffee ensuring a consistently excellent brew in each cup.

How many cups of coffee can I make from a capsule?

To guarantee the best cup of coffee each pod has been designed to create a single cup of genuine Italian espresso.

How many capsules are there in a box?

There are 10 capsules in every box. If you purchase 20 boxes or more delivery is free!

Where else can i buy these capsules?

Caffitaly Coffee Capsules are available from Boardmans, Kloppers, Dions Wired and Waltons.

Do I have to have a Capsule Coffee Machine?

Yes, unfortunately regular coffee machines will not be able to work with coffee capsules, likewise the Capsule Coffee Machines do not use coffee beans and can only use capsules.

How do I place an order?

Just add your purchase to your 'cart' and proceed to the checkout page.
There you will be asked to fill out a form for your delivery details, if you choose to pay via EFT you will be able to view your receipt, please note it is vitally important that you use your order number (on the receipt) as a reference when making the electronic payment.
If you choose to pay via credit card, you will be taken to a secure page where you will be able to enter your credit card information and then you will be able to view your receipt. You should receive an email within 24hours to notify you that we have received your order and are busy processing it.

Do I need an online account to make a purchase?

No, because we don't store your credit card details online there is no need for an account.

How do I know my credit card details are secure?

We will never store any of your credit card details online, if you opt to make a payment via credit card then you will be taken to a secure page with VCS which is a well know payment service provider.
Any information that is sent to us about your payment is encrypted and completely secure.

Where can I find your bank details?

Our Bank details will be on the receipt page once you have completed your order. You will only be able to view this page once after you have completed your order so please write down these details.

What reference do I use when I pay via EFT?

Please quote your order number (or the last 5 digits of it) as a reference when making an electronic payment.
Send confirmation of this payment to support@caffitaly.co.za to ensure a prompt delivery.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once we have confirmed the payment on your order the good will be marked for shipping and should arrive at the address you provided within 3 business days.

What happens if goods are damaged when they arrive?

Please email support@caffitaly.co.za immediately and have your order number handy.
