Customer may take machine to nearest Saeco service centre to shorten the repair/replacement period.

DESCALE OF MACHINE
Caffitaly machines depending on usage, should be at least every six months descaled.
Descale Solution can be purchased from Saeco showrooms, or SAECO retailers.
Presto: Empty ½ bottle SAECO descale solution into water tank and dilute with warm water.
Open hot water knob for 10 seconds
Stop for 2-3 minutes and repeat this process until water tank empty.
Clean tank and fill with cold water and open water knob and rinse.
