| Shipping And Handling All items on our website are shipped from our closest office to you. Shipping costs on any orders shipped out of South Africa will be calculated when the order is received and we will notify you of this cost. We only ship goods once payment has been confirmed and cleared in our bank account. All orders can be paid by Credit Card, Internet Bank Transfers, personal or company cheques (14 day clearing) Money Orders or electronic funds transfer. We only ship to locations inside South Africa. You will be notified via email of all relevant information regarding your order. Incorrect billing information or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays. | Delivery Schedule We will deliver your order as soon as payment has been confirmed. If we have the item in stock it will take about 3 working days to be delivered to you. If you are ordering an item that we need to order in from our overseas suppliers we will order the items requested immediately to speed up the process but we will only send them to you once your payment has been confirmed. Because delivery dates and times are dependent upon factors outside of our direct control we are unable to guarantee them or control them; however every effort will be made to have the goods delivered within the time frames stated. Should there be a delivery problem we will contact you via email and keep you informed of the expected time of arrival (ETA) where ever possible. |
| Back Orders We carry a large supply of the products we sell in our warehouses and should always have enough stock to fulfill your order. Orders from our overseas suppliers generally take between 8 - 14 working days to arrive in our warehouse. If there is a back order on an item you have ordered, we will notify you of the delay, and you can decide whether to wait for that particular item or whether you would like to choose another one. |

| Returns Policy If we have made an error and shipped the wrong product or of if the item is damaged we will gladly sort out the problem, please contact us immediately so we can sort out the problem soonest, if the error is ours the shipping is free to collect and return the goods. No exchange will be considered unless you contact us first to notify us of the problem, the original tags and packaging are undamaged and returned with the goods. All defective items carry the manufactures guarantee and warranty, Caffitaly (La Dolca Vita Imports CC) does not carry any further warranty or guarantees on the goods sold. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase you may exchange it within 7 days of receiving the goods. Exchanges are processed within three business days of receipt, if we don't have stock of the item you request we will order it in for you. Exchanges received are subject to a R75.00 handling and re-stocking fee for each item, this will be billed to you on your credit card; however exchanges are collected and sent free of charge, one per order. If paying by a credit card, a second charge will be made to your account if the exchange item is more expensive than the original item purchased. Your account will be credited with the difference if the new item purchased is cheaper than the original item. All If we receive non qualifying exchanges we will charge your credit card for courier fees of R 100.00 to send the items back to you.
